Our approach "Continuous-Knowledge-Exchange" and the platform wisdomclouds.com are influenced by two fundamental movements that change the way we use the web and the way we do projects:
- The shift of the internet from web-page-centricity (where documents are linked) towards a social web (where people are linked). We strongly believe that linking people and letting them easily communicate is the only way for an efficient knowledge-sharing.
- The Agile Manifesto with its focus on continuous actions. Knowledge-exchange benefits massively from continuity because it prevents knowledge from being lost. The Agile movements also values "individuals and interactions over processes and tools". We fully agree since we believe that knowledge-transfer is all about communication.

Stefan Wendel, Founder and CEO.
Stefan holds a master's degree in Computer Science. Before founding wisdomclouds.com he was working
for IBM's Database Technology Institute, Oracle Consulting and Accenture.
His roles involved Programmer, Technical Architect and Project-Manager for some of the largest client-projects.
During those last 15 years in IT-business it became obvious to Stefan that inefficient knowledge-sharing is one of the biggest obstacles in any project or organization. Despite of so many "Knowledge-Management-solutions" out there on the market the same questions always reoccurred: "Didn't we learn anything the last time ?" or "Why didn't we write this down ?". Just to name a few.
Time for a solution.
